		<description>Great post.  I always make sure I get lots of water during the day by carrying a 500ml plastic bottle around with me and regularly refilling it.  However, I can understand how some people find it very difficult to get their 8 daily glasses and drinking water with each meal is a great way to get started.  Perhaps, try a glass of water with each snack too.  This will push you even further towards the target of 8 glasses per day.</description>
